PAYMENT OPTIONS

We currently accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

Orders paid by credit card will be shipped once payment clears, which can take an additional 2-5 days on top of shipping time.

Orders paid by Paypal will be shipped within the week as payment clears immediately.


ORDERS

All orders are prepared and shipped weekly on Wednesdays (assuming payment has cleared).

As orders are processed and shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking.


US SHIPPING

Please allow 3-10 days for orders to be processed and shipped. 

All US orders are sent via USPS either First Class Mail Parcel Service 2-5 days or Parcel Select Ground Service 2-9 days depending on weight.

All Pre-Sale orders will be shipped as per details on each specific launch. 

Please make sure to double check your shipping address before checkout, and when you receive your order confirmation as we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses. 

Please make sure that the shipping address on your order is the same as your PayPal account.

Once your package ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking info. 

Please wait 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the USPS system. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package International Service.

Allow at least 10-20 days for delivery on International orders. 

Please make sure to double check your shipping address before checkout, and when you receive your order confirmation. We are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses. 

Please make sure that the shipping address on your order is the same as your PayPal account.

Once your package ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking info. 

Please wait 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the USPS system.

EXCHANGES

We can only accept exchanges for stock items, no clearence items. We cannot accept exchanges for any Pre Sale or custom hemmed goods.

RETURNS

We hope you are above the moon with your order— however, if you are unhappy with your item and want a refund, we will accept a return within 1 week of the item being delivered. The item must be in perfect unworn condition with all tags attached. If the item appears to be worn, has dirt, odor, make up etc, we will not be able to offer you a refund and will return the item at your expense.

  • Returns are only eligible on full price items. All items purchased on sale are final sale.

  • All Harness Masks are final sale as they are a sanitary item - please make sure to reference the size chart before ordering.

  • Contact hello@hestaverse.com regarding returns, as we will NOT accept any returns without an RA# or email confirmation. 

  • We do not cover return shipping or refund shipping costs.

  • Do not ship your return item via FEDEX or UPS (they won't ship to a USPS PO box). 

  • Returns must be postmarked within a 7 day window of delivery receipt based on your USPS tracking information. 

  • Please allow us 1 week to process your return. You will receive a notification once your refund or store credit has been issued. 

  • Once you return any item from your order, the whole order is considered final sale and no further returns can be made on remaining items (if there are any).
